We offer free standard shipping within the US when you spend $25 or more and a flat fee of $5 for orders less than $25.

International Shipping

We offer free standard international shipping to the US when you spend $50 or more and a flat fee of $15.00 for orders less than $50.

*We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Processing times

Please allow at least 2 business days for your order to be processed.

During high volume periods, please expect a delay of 3 to 8 days for your order to be processed.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Our system is designed to fulfill orders quickly to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. If there is a problem with your order, please email us at info@bahatichai.com with corrections.

What do I do if the order I received is wrong/damaged?

If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to our Customer Service team by emailing info@bahatichai.com. Please note that it may take us longer than usual to reply during the month of Ramadhan and other Islamic holidays.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We will refund your order, if the product arrived with any major issues.

Major issues include the following: package damaged, product has not been properly sealed.
